Returns & Exchanges

We would like to offer you the best products and hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of the products being received.

2. Items must be in its original condition as purchased, unused, in its original packaging, with all product tags and labels attached.

3. Ellis Fibre reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition.

How to return an item

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
You can return an item purchased by sending it back to our Returns/Exchange address, along with the original receipt and completed Returns Please email us at [email protected] and get Returns/Exchange address.


1. Make sure you have provided all the information required in Returns Form.

2. Please note that all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Ellis Fibre.

3. Please note that we require you to cover the cost of returning the item back to us unless the item is returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
